article image placeholderUploaded by @ashmi
You. A child's mind is highly impressionable and forms the foundation for their future as leaders and mentors. It is crucial to prioritize children's mental wellness. Let's explore how we can create a positive impact on their lives. We as adults hold immense influence over the beliefs and attitudes of children. Our words can shape their self perception and aspirations. S let's be mindful of our language and empower them with encouragement, empathy and positivity

This will help them to have developed self confidence, build self esteem, learn to set goals and learn coping skills and manage their difficult emotions. Later in their life, they'll be able to have a healthy emotional outlook because these skills were not taught to us when we were small. But nowadays, with the growth in technology and everything, children are facing a lot of mental issues

Well said, Ashmi. I totally agree with your word that a child's behavior is a reflection of his parents'upbringing or their words or their behavior

But what I feel is like these are the days when we ourselves have replaced the story times with gadgets, we have replaced our non availability with the food parcels of their choice or by giving them the permission to be outside the house as long as they want or with the movies of their choice. And that's where the root cause is. Like, whatever a child, even if it is of ten or eleven, probably he is in that age where he enters into the transition phase for the first time

Thank you so much for sharing your insights to all those who have responded, thank you so much for responding to this well as well. And I agree. I think it's a collaborative effort that we all need to make all people who can influence and impact, not just parents, not just teachers, but everyone who can create and influence a child's mind positively. We must take the responsibility of doing so. And in my mind, I think the starting point is always me

Hello. Very well said, ma'am. Mental health is not only important for the adults or the elder one, it is important for the children also. Because now children is not limited only to the house. They are exploring the world with the different sources like the phones, iPads, all the technical ways. So we should take care of these things also that these things are also impacting their mental level
