So it refers to our ability to really face those emotions, process them, and then respond to them in a way that is healthy and helpful for us in the given situation instead of causing some sense of bottling up within us or hurting someone else in our process of dealing with the emotion. Right

So at times catalysts do help. So importantly, I feel it is the individual's perseverance levels and also the willpower to kind of make that happen for themselves. I think that's more important. There are other elements in terms of how the viewpoints are, how strong is your commitment to the task and more importantly, the discipline to make it happen.
