How to support your loved one if they suffer from Schizophrenia? - Part 1
You're worried about the stigma that's associated with schizophrenia or you're confused and embarrassed about what this diagnosis or what the symptoms are bringing or what these strange behaviors are being presented by the individual. And most times, people tend to hide their illness of their loved ones by others because of the fear of being discriminated. But just so you know, it's very important to remember that the diagnosis itself should not be a life sentence on someone
So I just need to know what about the people and the family members in spite of giving support to them, support to the patient? What about the mental trauma that they are undergoing been with such a person? Thank you so much

And your question? I responded with ways of how caregivers can take care of themselves and work with individuals who have schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders.
