How I found the Swell app and how I want to use it...
You. Hi, everyone. Well, this is my first time here, and I'm actually. I don't have a clue as to, you know, what to really say. It's not every day when, you know, I sort of press the record button and talk to my phone. It doesn't really happen. I haven't done that. I'm not a pro at it

Hey, welcome to Swell. I chanced upon your post and if you're wondering about what to talk about, there is a section on the app called the Talk section and we feature something called the prompts and that sort of has new topics every other day and I think you can. That should give you food for thought as to what you might want to talk about. Apart from that, I think the topics that you mentioned as well in terms of life journeys and experiences also make for great content
