Just One of those Days

And I remember one day calling her son and daughter and saying, yo, you got to come get your mom. She can't stay in my house, because she's really going through some changes, and I'm not built for this, right? And it makes me a little bit worried about what menopause looks like, as much as I'm looking forward to it

The song in the beginning was wonderful, and, yeah, I love the whole no bra and boomers thing, and, yeah, big sub sandwich, but, yeah, keep these swell going. These are hysterical. All

And a lot of times people say, oh go vegan, eat a vegetable, drink water, life will be great. That's not always the answer for people. Your body just goes through these changes and we have to consciously do the work to laugh or talk with others and find community. And I think finding community is huge for women, for us to find our healing, for us to find a place to not take this s*** so serious. Life is hard

So laying on the bed, I don't know why you said sandwich girl. I can't believe you're eating a sandwich and you got the big girl pennies on. You're supposed to have some chocolate. As far as menopause, I'm scared to freaking death. I saw how my mother was. Oh, my God, she was a b****. Like, it was bad. Like bad b****

I mean, there's something like 34 symptoms and I had all 34 at one point. Thankfully, that's not the case now, but I'm just like, I want to be done with it. I'm like, how long is this going to take? And apparently it can last for 14 years. What the actual anyway, I heard about a book, I can't remember the name of it, that supposedly talks about the monthly cycle

Um, so to continue on yesterday's topic funny, but not funny. I woke up this morning with cramps and cravings, adult acne, and 05:00 shadow at 05:00 in the morning. I mean, when is this going to stop? I hope soon. Have a good day, guys

The thing is or the symptoms are that people have really keying and honing in like really knowing themselves so that they know what their pre period symptoms are. Their during period symptoms are. And my period is pretty much over symptoms. I'm entering back into that phase of my cycle of where there's no menstruation. That is what I believe is important
