Clarion

It's clarion lovely, lonely, dear sudden perked ears drumbeat faintly beckons hears a familiar magic asking be done with all your tragic comedies. Raven appears, eyes filled with iridescence. Follow me, I know the way. Tentative steps, bated breath, a pull that can't be resisted. Heart knowledge, a secret, but leading what is this Clarion call? I will go. I will risk it all

I love water, trees, woods, wildflowers, natural beauty of mountains and hills, all that stuff I love. But I love, love. Water is something I'm so connected to and so in a natural setting, I'm always drawn to spaces where there is water of some sort. And particularly water that I'm drawn to is water that is running, that is moving and that is natural from a spring base

So I just finished listening to your poem and I just really enjoyed the rhythm of your poem as you were reading. I was just doing my little conductor beat management thing. I was, like, conducting as you went, and it just was, like, perfectly on beat because I used to be a violist back in middle school and high school and oh, my God, it's just so nice when poems go at a steady beat and you're able to listen to the words

This speaks to me quite a bit. Of course, perception is everything, right? But those nervous, tentative steps to a call that you can't resist for me, that's everything. And what do you do? You go, of course, I love this. Thank you for sharing
