Go To the Well

article image placeholderUploaded by @Loloflow
It appears someone felt the need, the desire, the invitation to play or to feel or to flap their wild wings and make a big mess of something. Now the faded yellow poor imitations lay on the grass, each free from its original binding. A kind of virtual fertilizer. Things aren't always what they seem. Occasionally, we get sucked in by illusion. We feel pulled to its glimmer and fall into it until we hit bottom

I felt there was so much symbolism in those flowers, those fake flowers, almost like a famed celebration. And I enjoyed the curiosity in terms of how you thought through what might have happened there. And then I was left with this feeling of a kind of separation between real and perceived. You wanted something natural. You wanted the snake skin. It was plastic. You saw flowers. They were fake. And this kind of that's a very poignant point and led you to this sort of thought process

And also been thinking a lot about social media and virtual reality and all of these places where we can get lost in an illusion, and that those are opportunities to learn something as well as to recognize them for what they are and not try to make them something we hoped they would be, if that makes sense. So when I say go to the well, I mean go back
