Splitting up my sleep schedule.

article image placeholderUploaded by @Lokigen
But if you have any kind of a commute, if you have to get dinner, take a shower or anything like that, it cuts into your sleep time. So you end up getting about 4 hours of sleep every 20 hours. I'm not quite doing that, but it's similar in splitting up your 8 hours. I'm not sure how I'm going to react to this. It might be a very bad idea

Sometimes one needs to split uo their eight hours of sleep to adjust to a new schedule. How do you cope when having to split up your sleep time?

Take a nap, something right quick. Two, three hour nap. Try just picking the best time of the day when you usually have the least amount of things to do and try to grab a nap or two. And mostly on the days that you have off, try to sleep in a little later or something. So like if you go to work on Wednesday but they're giving you Thursday off on that Thursday, try sleeping in later

Thanks

You could probably hear it in my voice. I woke up early today as part of that hole trying to adjust my shift, and, yeah, still struggling. I think it's definitely coffee time, but thank you again
