So I just had to say to myself, self, just let it go. Do your best, make your plans. Plan A, plan B, back up to plan B and just roll with it. It's not the end of the world if you don't see Billy Ocean in concert. And I came to terms with that, but I was quite tightly wound before I took a step back and just accepted the weekend for what it is. We're not even there yet

Hi and welcome to swell. Thank you. Thank you for that. I did the three deep breath, and I must say that last breath, I excelled hard. I was just like and in that moment, whatever I was feeling was gone. Anxiety, unfinished, restlessness, it was gone. Thank you for that. Thank you for that. I appreciate it. And look forward to more of your Swell pass and your creativity and your conversations. It's very refreshing. And I like breathing exercise

And I'm like, Dang it, I have to clean the airbnb and just yeah, it was nice to get that zoom out moment of like, if I take one breath here, it's not going to make a difference towards me getting there or not getting there, but it is going to make a difference in how good or not good it feels as I'm reaching that point in time. So thank you for helping me feel a little bit better in the process
