I'm okay. I almost fell asleep doing this. Thank you, thank you, thank you. When it was over, I'm like, no, I'm not ready to let go. But I feel refreshed. I feel at peace. I feel at ease. I really do. I think I did your first well, the breathing, and it was wonderful. It was wonderful. I can do this three or four times a week
