As the scripture says, wait for the Lord. Be strong and let your heart take courage. When we have our ideas and tasks at hand, we want them done immediately. Oftentimes God's plans and timing is often longer than what we would hope, which is why David instructs us to wait on the Lord. Waiting on the Lord renews our strength, like in Isaiah 40 31, and allows us to wait longer when our timeline has expired. He is never late, and he is always on time
