#TellYourStory | A funny incident that happened to me...

Well, once a month in the hotel, we would have a chef's meeting, and any accidents or injuries that had happened that month, you would have to get up in front of the executive chef of the hotel and the other senior chefs and explain what had happened and why it happened and how you could avoid it in the future. So I had to get up and tell all of the executive chefs how I cut my butt with my own knife while working in the cold food department

I'm not mindful of picking up a dish cloth and removing a dish from the gas from the oven and just to cut corners, I do end up getting these burn marks all over my hands up to my elbow. But I'm sure this must have been quite an ordeal for you. Must have been very painful. And I hope you recovered well. And it is a lesson as well, right, that there are certain things that we have to really be mindful of in the kitchen
