Whenever it's my habit to take shower at least five to six times a day whenever it's summer, I know it's not good but I am used to it. If I don't do it, I just become very irritated and I just feel like I'm very dirty and my body temperature is really rising up to end point where I really need to have something cold or really have to catch up a shower

How to take care of yourselves. Yeah, hygiene is important. I would like to say the bed suit YouTube comedy video, watch something comic and instantly bed suit just energy gain. Do skincare. When I talked to one of my friends telling these things, he also come up with that thing that you should write these things. Like, I didn't do it yet, but I will because it takes a lot of courage and there might be something that I'm actually not aware about what's actually upsetting me, so so, yeah, I should have come up with this. I will try and let you know how my experience is with it
