How to talk to someone who has anxiety and depression? How to care for him or her?
Hello everyone. Life is strangers on the mic here. And today we are going to talk about yet another edition of Mental Health. But this time we are going to focus on the feelings all apart. So when we talk about mental health and feelings, things with depression and anxiety like I am, it's very difficult to express yourself because it's very hard, insecure feelings. You are scared to express yourself. You are scared of the judgment that someone will get
What if she found someone who is interested and do want to hear what she has to say? I'm just asking. Thank you. It was really interesting. It was really nice listening to you

But when I say hold onto that person, don't be dependent on that person. If your friend is expressing like you said and all that major impact, especially therapist, psychiatrist of Fortnickers, please. Anyway, it's coming back to the topic. Take a nap because sometimes it refreshes you, sometimes it doesn't. I know it's a gamble for cookie. I don't want that kind of anxiety to rise up because it will be really bad for your health. I know
But from 6th to 9th I was in a boarding school, far from home, far from my family and far from my mom. I didn't like it and I hate being alone and even if I am not talking to that person, I just wanted them around me so that I can feel that coin problem so I can share. But then it's like I'm alone and I have no one and all this stuff. And also I hate comparison

And Mark sake, your marks don't matter. Your percentage would matter. See, that's just really bad parenting by your parents. I'm sorry to say that, but that is the truth. I am proud of your marks. The 94% d***. Good. Salute to you, Bill Kurt. I'm just really feel sad for you about the boarding school and the alone while apart. Because I can totally relate. Because I hate being alone as well
Hey. Hi. Thank you so much. I replied and, you know, I'm fine. I'm okay. And, yeah, I'm doing great. Thank you

Yeah, I could feel your boss, seriously, I could feel your birthday. Something for which I am also going to a dispute. But if someone is listening to me and if you are also listening to me, I love to listen to you. Seriously

I'm doing this and I'm just joking around and they won't take me seriously with that happening. Sometimes we do joke and sometimes we don't end up offensive. However, when someone is expressing such sad emotions, I think you should give a helping hand to them. I completely agree with what you said and people who have tried to help but couldn't, it's fine. It's not a problem

Sometimes it is not. But sometimes it is enough. And I tried talking to my parents about this and basically they don't listen. They listen, but they start providing solution as soon as I want them to listen. I want them to empathize sympathize or something with me. I don't want them to provide solution as it is a typical solution than type K. I don't want that kind of stuff anyway. That's it for me. Thank you, Tancy
Hey Aryan, I hope you are doing great. So yeah you are right. Like I also think about it so judgement time
