So I just like to talk about all these things that I love to do. I'm in my apprenticeship, first year to become a shaman. So healing is my life and I just want to talk about spreading love, like positive energy, healing energy to the masses, because that's my job as a light worker, healer is to heal. And I just want to see what you guys think and how you guys go about taking care of self and giving self that love that you need

I feel like I've been learning how to just like if something if I can just feel dry rain that I take a shower and it helps. But yeah, I'm curious if you've ever done that. What other practices you have? Excited to chat more
