I don't know what should I say or how should I behave with a person who is crying and is at their lowest. I sometimes feel so frustrated or I don't even know what should be the choice of word or how should I act? I don't know anything

Hi, Gritty. So what I do if a person cry in front of me, they expect nothing but to hear their sadness and give a shoulder pad. It's more important. At the time, they were sad. It gave more meaning to them. And I used is usually used a word that everything will be all right so that they can find the meaning in my words. And I hope that this admission will be cured a little as I can. Right?
