This is where we need a lot of help right now because we're seeing so much antitrans legislation. Push for policies that protect our rights and create inclusive environments, not just in the workplace, but in schools and public spaces. God, we can't even use a public restroom in some places now because we may get arrested, we may get beaten, we may get killed
