Addressing Bias in LinkedIn’s Algorithm
Quite a few users, myself included, have reported instances where posts discussing marginalized groups'experiences, dei topics and related content receive significantly fewer interactions and visibility compared to other content. This unintentional sidelining of such posts hampers efforts to raise awareness about critical issues and really undermines LinkedIn's potential as a platform for positive change. I've seen certainly my impressions drop drastically just since the algorithm changed. Now, LinkedIn's primary goal is to facilitate professional growth and connections
