Rise of Milkless Tea

article image placeholderUploaded by @letsstart
Hey folks. That I was wondering about the sudden rays of green tea or any milkless tea variants for that matter. I grew up drinking milk tea or milk coffee. I love them. But in my late twenty s one find, I was told not to include that much milk tea or milk in my diet for the purpose of weight management. Since then, I have been sacrificing this little pleasure of enjoying this milk tea or milk coffee

But then it surprises me too, because I see everyone drinking all kinds of milk based things at Starbucks. So who really knows? I wonder if it's a trend or the world is so contaminated a lot of people can't even digest milk anymore. I personally still like milk and cream

Hi. So this is a very interesting question. It's true that, you know, back when we were young, we were told that drinking milk is the key to growing up, is the key to growing tall, is the key to anything and everything, basically. But later, I think today the perceptions have changed a lot. Today they say that if you're consuming enough protein and lentils, then you can actually do away with milk. I think a major reason behind that is lactose intoleration

Hello. I second your point on the milk alternative being sold in places like Starbucks. It has become a business. They target people who are lactose intolerant or people who are weight conscious. If you're not going for the regular milk, pay extra and food for the alternative. So it is business more than health. And that is what I feel

They say, my hips won't forgive me. I cut this across the global, so I'm not sure how scientific it has proven. And people like me give up that extra little pleasure of enjoying the favorite drink

Thank you so much for those sweet words. And it is so nice to hear when someone says it's totally fine. You rightly said sacrificing something you love is going against your mind and soul. That's what I believe. Even I've heard from multiple doctors that drinking milk or milky or feet is totally fine at any age. But this nutritionist, some of the nutritionists they are putting some placebo effect into you

And yeah, of course, you should definitely choose your favorite drink over what people are saying, because I believe, of course, we need to life healthy, we need to stay healthy. But then again, you only live once. And if milk tea is what gets you going, then why not? Absolutely, milk tea, milk coffee, whichever you prefer, you should definitely have completely the right to have it that way. And you should personally drink milk
