Lunchtime Calm
So I go to local like a refuge area actually not far from where I work and there is always a lot of animals all around, swans and geese and ducks. And in the winter they kind of go underneath the nest or they just go away and then they come back in the spring. But because it's been so warm, they were there today. And so I want you to take a moment today to be grateful for the warm weather wherever you are

I love being put in the place of the refuge and seeing the photos and swans. So thanks for sharing. One thing I am grateful for right now, I'm not sure if you hear in the background all the cicadas, but I just arrived in the jungle of Costa Rica, and I'm preparing to leave a woman's retreat with 13 women. And I'm so excited. Excited. So that is what I'm grateful for and what I'm excited for
