Why Knowing YOUR Why is essential if you operate a business

article image placeholderUploaded by @leoelaine
When you're crystal clear on your why, it becomes your guiding light, your North Star. It helps you make decisions that align with your values and purpose. It's like having a fabulous compass that keeps you on track and ensures your business stays true to its mission. Knowing your why also helps you connect with your audience on a whole nother level. People are drawn to authenticity, and when they see that you're driven by a genuine purpose, they can't help but to be captivated

You're a yes. This is so important. I'm hosting a retreat at the end of this month, and when I've been getting stuck or feeling uninspired or just too bogged down with all the logistical parts of the retreat, I keep going back to what you're talking about, the why. Like, why am I doing this?

We get distracted, we get confused and caught up in things that don't matter. But if we have a really strong why, it just makes it a whole lot easier. I also just want to add that I think it's important to also continuously revise your why. Revisit it if not monthly, but quarterly minimum each year, just so you can be sure that you are living in true authenticity to your brand and to your passion

This was amazing. I really appreciate your thoughts on that, and it was great to hear the added stuff. I think that's so important to revisit your why to make sure that it's still aligned with what you're doing. So thank you for that. I really do appreciate that. I hope that you make that specific topic a part of your swell, because I think that additional bonus is, like, people need to hear that as well
