Healing and Reconnecting

And let's not forget the unconventional remedies like soaking my feet in warm salt water and slapping on a paste made of ginger powder on my forehead. In Marathi, it's called suntha. It's been a journey of trial and error, but some strategies have helped the migraines to be a bit more tolerable. Taking regular breaks, practicing mindfulness, staying hydrated, and prioritizing sleep have been very helpful. And you know what? Stepping away from the digital chaos has been very liberating

Back after a brief(?) hiatus. What unconventional migraine remedies have you heard about? Let me know!

You are absolutely right that we must keep our health first, because health is the first happiness we can get. If we are not healthy, we are not able to enjoy anything. So be healthy, keep yourself fit and just. May God. May God help you to be healthy and just keep coming. People like listening to your voice, so keep coming and just do some meditation and do everything to keep yourself fit
