For. So I think for me, the best way to wake up so I am a dad of three girls, ages two, eight and twelve. So for me, the best way to wake up is yeah, rolling out of bed, seeing my wife and my girls just laughing and talking and just having a great day, that is what wakes me up and that is what keeps me going. So, yeah
