Best Guitar Solo Ever?

article image placeholderUploaded by @LegacyComix
Question of the day. Swell. What is the greatest guitar solo of all time? Let's hear it. Well, you can just describe it. Or, I mean, if you want to be like you could do that too. That'd be pretty cool

But he still to this day writes music using a really incredible program that he and his dad developed that reads his eye movement. And years later, you know, he released an album and had friends of his play the music that he was writing. But this song in particular is Jason when he wasn't sick, just at his absolute best

So I absolutely love this question because I love music and I love such a variety of music. When I think about guitar specifically, I think I always have to go back to Eddie Van Halen. I just I love guitar, but I love drums, too. But as for guitar, I think Eddie Van Halen. But I've been going to concert with my kids now for years, and we recently, I shouldn't say recently, I think it was last fall went to see Greta Van Fleet

So that's really going to be my measuring stick, is, you know, how iconic is it and has it stood the test of time? And I'm going to stay on the tracks here. I'm going to be pretty kind of plain vanilla and give you the top three. Here the third Walmart Guitar Gently Weeps by Eric Clapton. It's the Beatles, but Eric Clapton is actually plain

@phil Stairway To Heaven, https://s.swell.life/STjBg124W1d63es Greta Van Fleet’s - The Weight of Dreams https://youtu.be/Qkc849LJWeU

You. I have two all time favorites, even though there's so many to pick from. Number one would be Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven. Jimmy Page's guitar solo is incredible. Of course it's Jimmy Page. I'll put a link in here if you want to check it out. My second favorite is by a band called Greta Van Fleet. And the guitarist is Jake Kiska. And the track is called The Weight of Dreams. You should check both of these out

And the last one that I'll mention that not a lot of people I think consider is Richie Sambora from Bon Jovi. I will admit I'm a child of the grew up with hair bands and still love them to this day. And Richie Sambora is a fantastic guitarist. If you've never heard it, Dry County is a song off of one of their lesser known albums. Definitely not a big commercial success like Slippery when wet
