Opinions or Judging others
So I have to make sure that the information they are sharing or the opinion or judgment that they're giving me is coming from their point of view where they are, but that's not going to help me grow. So I take it that way. Apart from this, when we are in our friend circle, we also tend to do the same thing. Sometimes we form opinions. The points initially that we start with, oh, how is that so and so friend of ours doing?
