This is we can compromise halfway from their end, from our end, and then thereby work smoothly. Because I think in today's work culture, in today's family lives. It's not how it used to be where we were raised, kind of with our grandparents and relatives. So we used to learn a lot through them. But the kids these days don't get that chance or opportunity except when they're going on holiday time or when there are some guests coming over for a few days

This is a really great perspective. I really appreciate this and agree with it. I think anytime there's conflict or disagreement, it's a chance to learn together and also individually. It's a chance to observe what happens and why it happens. And I think if you're trying to build something with somebody, it's a great chance to observe how the both of you react.
