Presumption leads to conflict or peace

You. Hi. Today I'm talking about a topic presumption leads peace to conflict and sometimes leads to peace. So there are two scenarios that I'm trying to explain it through, and I would love to have your examples or situations resonating this topic if you would like to share. So here I am on the highway and there is a car that joins us from one of the exits. In 2 miles, there is a Y fork exit

It's so difficult. So, yeah, instead of telling you all my stories, which would undeniably be entertaining, yet not very productive, towards the baseline of trying to develop the skills necessary to identify and develop awareness towards when these situations are arising, I just wanted to instead just maybe fire a question back and say, what are some of the things that you're working on to stay aware when these situations come up?

And especially at the time when we are having bad days, which everybody goes through, it will only bring all those memories, oh, you did that that time, you did this that time. So I think being hesitant in asking questions and properly communicating the way we were raised, the way we were conditioned, and also sometimes a bit of fear when we are dealing with strangers

They are doing this in an attempt to harm me in some way. And it's interesting, like you said, the road rage example or the example with family, because I know I've had some instances with that. And it is that exact process that I am doing myself because I am rebuilding my relationship with my mother since she shared a family example, and I'm doing exactly that
