I have officially become someone who loves running on a treadmill. And I promise you, I was never going to be this person. I grew up barefoot and feral, a cross country runner in junior high and high school, ran in the country, ran in the woods, ran through the bluffs, and in middle age have stopped running outside. It's just too easy to hurt my body. And I just accepted it a couple of years ago. And I got a membership at Orange Theory

It. Where in your life are you overriding your desire to be someone else? Do something else, think another way, feel another way in the spirit of being somebody you believe you are? Something you're doing in your life that's really important to you, that you don't love, but it's important to your work or who you are or your community. Find that thing. What is it? And what would it take to change how you perceive it?
