You. Hello, swell family. It's Loretta. So I just trying to be consistent with posting and it's just been a lot busy, so I got a little time before I pick up my little one. Just wanted to spread some positive messages. I don't know how everyone is feeling today because every day is a different day. So to day you may be feeling happy and the next day you may be feeling down

Hi, Loretta. Thank you for sharing this this really lovely message. I really respect that you're that you're being consistent with this. I find them not very consistent these days, so so that's really inspiring that you're holding yourself accountable and to share such wonderful messages. I like, swell. I like stumbling upon motivational posts or words of encouragement and positivity, because you never know who's on the other end

And to be alive, it's colder. I'm not a big fan of fallow winter, but I'm going to be grateful that I am alive to experience this cold weather, the transition of seasons. There's someone who did not wake up this morning, and they are forever cold. Right, in a different way. So I am just appreciative of the life that God has blessed us with, bless me with, and I'm going to be present in today
But I just woke up with that heavy on my mind and I don't know what the dream meant, but nevertheless, I'm just moving forward with my day and focusing what's more important and affirmating myself and being blessed to be alive and have my children and being blessed to be of a positive resource to others

And then nobody told me that I wasn't supposed to stand up at 10:00 A.m.. So basically, what, two and a half hours after surgery, get up on my own, walk to the bathroom, pee on my own and walk back? I was covered in sweat, like I had just run a marathon. And they were like, you were supposed to be assisted by somebody and you were supposed to be in a wheelchair

But what I wanted to say is, when I have these visions, what I find helpful for me is I don't ever know what they mean. Like I said, I am present enough and I'm spiritually mature enough to know the difference between just a regular dream that my mind is having compared to a dream where it is actually a vision
People are just going through different things in life, and sometimes you need to hear someone's positive of words to just mellow out and just think about, hey, let me just be grateful that I'm breathing right now, and let me just take one step at a time
But I know that I was told that I need to have an altar, so I don't know if you have an alter, so maybe that's something that you can also try to do as well have an altar, something of your father's put on the altar, and hopefully him being on the other side can actually help you to tune in a little bit more. Okay, have a good night. I think I need to go to bed. I had a long day today. Long day
