How do you deal with stress?

So if you're going to bed late or if you're waking up in between in the middle of the night for whatever reason, or you're waking up very early and you haven't had sleep, that can also give you stress as well. But sometimes I find that if that happens to me now and again, I would just maybe have my morning coffee still meditate

And I don't believe in allowing people to see that because some people are just not very kind and they kind of like want it because they're on age. They want to push you over. So how I deal with it is, like I said, deep breath. Waking up in the morning with gratitude and this too shall pass. That is true sometimes. I had a friend of mine who when she gets really stress, she breaks out in acne
