When I went to be interviewed for my last position as a leader, as president of a multinational in Venezuela, the CEO of the company asked me what I thought it was the most important thing for me to pursue as a leader for the success, success of my team. And my answer was that my people have to be happy. And from the start of the conversation we went to the Boutonn GN eight Grass National Happiness
I think it just brought up a lot of ways that something so simple as one little question and how you approach it and what your inward, like, underlying foundational perceptions are really affect the outer product. And then when you're a leader, it affects for good or bad, everything that your team and perhaps even your group or corporation or whatever business does

And so it was the mix of all of these experiences that formed a leadership style, a leadership and so it wasn't a pattern which I can succinctly put in one liner and say, if you chase this and then I'll make sure that my team is happy. Different strokes for different folks would be my summary of it all. But thanks so much for sharing such an interesting swell. This can probably go on for at least 1020 more swells. Happiness is what we all seek, what we all want to exclude. And definitely leaders who exude happiness are able to drive a team that are selfmotivated, that are highly productive and efficient and go that extra mile in delivering right the goods. And I think, as you said, it all begins with purpose and definitely aligned with gratitude
