When you have to uproot yourself and use your energy to be productive, a rainy day can be very daunting, exhausting even scary. I remember driving through the mountains and the heaviest rain I'd ever experienced came pouring down out of nowhere. Completely broke my windshield wipers off. They didn't work at all and I just crawled home. It was scary. I also remember waking up on a rainy Sunday and just sitting by the window, sipping on tea, watching my kids play video games
