You may notice that your tongue is touching the roof of your mouth and your jaw is clenched. Relax these. Sight your crown. Relax your eyebrow. Feel the energy from your feet all the way through your body up to your head. Take a deep breath and exhale. Appreciate all your body has done for you

I'm really glad you enjoyed it. I really love incorporating sound into my meditations. Some people argue that mindfulness is meant to be in silence. But I feel like for myself, being a neurodivergent person, having sound helps me focus
