You know, I just recently got into it, but I love it because not being able to, not having to go to the store to get my own bread excites me. You know, San Francisco is known for its sourdough bread, which says some, is the oldest form of leavened bread. You know, so they are one of the states that contribute to the most made sourdough bread. So anyway, if you bake, this day is for you. Because baking is an art

Happy national sourdough bread day. I sound kind of depressed when I say it, right, because I'm not doing bread. Gotta wash my carbs. So as much as I would love a good sourdough, even just some bread with some butter or even a full sandwich, can't do it. There was some restaurant I would go to that would have a sourdough bun for a hamburger. Oh, my gosh. I can't remember which one it was now

But, girl, I have seen so many people have the hugest, hugest jars with sourdough starter, but they are very active bakers. So, yes, essentially, it regenerates itself, and that's something. So the yeast in it, it's a healthy yeast, though. The healthy yeast that we can use, as opposed to the stuff that we get into the store. That kind of yeast contains more than 20 species of yeast that support a lot of health benefits
