There were a lot of COVID people there. Covid victims. I prayed for the families. But I told you guys, Covid ain't going nowhere. Put your mask on. If you haven't gotten your flu vaccine or your pneumonia vaccine. It's a good thing to get it. If you have other things that affect you. Like diabetes, hypertension, congestive heart failure, COPD, anything like that. You probably would be a good candidate for those shots immediately

And I just wanted to add those couple of things. You're not going to be able to eat. You're going to feel like you might not even be able to drink anything. Force yourself. Force yourself to eat something. Even if it's just a piece of candy. The doctor told me it doesn't matter as long as it's keeping you sustained. Drink some water. If you don't want to drink some water, it doesn't matter. Drink some juice. Drink something
Thank you for this as a teacher that I cannot emphasize this enough. There's one school I go to. I am not kidding you, Covid and RSV is literally passed around. It's crazy. And I get looked at like I'm crazy when I go into that classroom with my mask, so I totally get it. It's not a fun thing to get. I'm so sorry. You got it. Prayers for a quick recovery. And I know you've looked up information about it. It's essentially the common cold. Pretty much many of us have been in contact with RSV in some form, shape or another, just depending on the severity of it. You don't get to a formal diagnosis because it's like a common cold. And most people can take things like theraflu or different medications over the counter to treat the symptoms. Right. And then it goes away

So now with this, I'm know we all just have to be extra careful. Tell our family, tell our friends, our loved ones, our students, like you with your students and the parents, the administrations even, because Covid hasn't gone anywhere. It's just mutated. I just wish there was a way they could isolate people like me from children or the elderly when I come in. I mean, don't lock me up or nothing, but I'm just saying, like, if that have been my mom sitting there too, I would have wanted, or anybody's mom. And there were several elderly people there as well. I would have loved for them to have more adequate protection, maybe in a room with a big filter protecting them just an additional bit
