My wife makes a real good pasta, and I love it. It's a white sauce, and sometimes she puts meat in it, sometimes just a bunch of cheese or sauce. But my wife's pasta, she uses Alfredo noodle or regular whatever. She uses it, and I love it. But I love all of her cooking that she does

Hello there. Okay, excuse me if there's background noise, traffic, and if I'm slightly out of breath because I'm on my lunch break walking because the last thing that I need is any kind of pasta. But since you started this food fight pasta, the sauce doesn't matter to me, but the type of pasta does matter. I do not twirl my pasta. I do not fight with it. So I'm not eating a spaghetti. I'm not eating an angel here

She used to fix these amazing ramen noodles with a little bit of crab meat in it. And she it was like a pasta. You could eat it cold. She had crab meat in it and some other type of herb or something. Gosh, I could just taste it now. But, yeah, spaghetti is number one, but a very strong number two is ramen noodles. For me

I just have to take it easy on the pasta sauce. I have to add it a little bit at a time. The tomato sauce

You. Hey, you know what? The thing is tomato. I think I'm allergic to tomato based sauces actually. And even though I knew what it was doing to me several years back, I was still eating it. And so what I did, because I love tomatoes so much, I've calmed down on it though. But what I done is I just started getting organic ketchup and organic tomatoes and those don't cause a bad reaction like the regular ones do

But I love that stuff. My favorite sauce. That's hard. I love a good red sauce. Different red sauces. I like them a little spicier with fennel, like a Calabrian with good olive oil. I also like gravy, like a good meat sauce that's been cooking for hours. I like cream sauces. It depends. I like all of them. But my favorite pasta definitely hands down bucatini

Hey, thank you for this. I had never heard about buccatini, so I actually had to look it up. And like you said, it's a very thick, like, spaghetti. Like, oh, my gosh. Now it made me want to buy some because now I want to know what it tastes like. I mean, I'm sure it tastes like spaghetti, but a really thick spaghetti, like, really fat around spaghetti. Yeah, I'm a little bit interested. Ha

And I haven't lived near a cheesecake factory in years. And so when I went back home to Chicago, I, you know, I asked them about it and they were all, sir, it's been a long time. We haven't heard that. And I'm like, dang, those are my favorites

Like instead of making spaghetti, I always use angel hair pasta even when I'm doing my Alfredo sometimes or the linguini in my Alfredo because I'm not a lover of spaghetti. Like I said, the pasta sauce, the red sauce, no. But I do like linguini and I do like angel hair because it's such a thinner type pasta and I don't know, I just enjoy it a lot more. But I love Alfredo though, so thank you so much
