It. If one more person says triggered, that's gonna trigger me. Oh, my gosh. There have been so many swells lately that have got hot because people have said things and other people have responded. And people have said, oh, you were triggered. You know, that's why you responded the way you responded. No, it wasn't triggered. People are just tired

I don't know, it just doesn't describe people well. I mean, when you think of something and you say they've been triggered, you think, oh my God, they're going to hurt someone or something's wrong with them in the head. But that's not true. People ara entitled to opinions and it doesn't mean you're crazy when you say it

And the opposite of this, I think I said in another swell cast, was to be narrow mindedly, selfish, thinking that you alone are important while those around you are not. To not care how your actions impact others. My quest is on emotional intelligence. And wow, what a quest it is. A lot of people are just not on that quest

So I'm glad to be part of the community. I'm going to do my best to not be so judgmental, which I try my best not to be judgmental at all, but I'm also going to try my best to just listen. Just listen. And if I have a comment, will. But for the most part, I'm going to try to just listen. I thank you so much for coming on here
