#askswell | What are some AFFIRMATIONS or positive ENCOURAGING words you use everyday to lift you up?
I love when scripture is used to encourage me to know that the Lord has blessed me and will continue to do so. But I was also talking about affirmations. Like, enjoy the little things. You got this. I love you to the moon and back. You're awesome. Dream, dream your dreams, shoot your shot, all of those different types of things. What's your favorite affirmation to keep you going, to keep you encouraged? That's what I want to know

Hello. Well, it's something that I say to myself periodically through the day I am love. I am peace. I am grace. I have favor. I remove all blocks from my family finances and genuine intimacy. I am moving forward on purpose with divine intervention and timing to assist my growth spiritually, mentally and physically. I inhale and exhale serenity that circulates through every inch, cell and tissue that becomes me a unique, divine, prosperous being. Stepping forward with purpose each day

Oh, my goodness. That was beautiful. That was beautiful. It hit everything that needed to be hit. In regards to affirmations to yourself, that was lovely. I'm sure you write because if you wrote that, I can't imagine other stuff that you write. That was awesome. Thank you so much for putting that on there, because that's going to love somebody

Another one says, my feelings are valid, I can overcome any obstacle, I have incredible potential, and I can achieve everything I set out to do. Also in Psalms 19, verses twelve through 14, there's a certain part of it that just really I just really love, but I'll read the small portion of it. So it says, but who can discern their own errors? Forgive my hidden faults and keep your servant also from willful sins, may they not rule over me

And I'd like to encourage you to just keep on going, no matter what it is. God has got you in the palm of his hand, and also, he knows everything about you and everything that you will ever need. So trust him. When things get tough and you don't think that and that's the way or you don't know which way to go, always ask God. If any man lack knowledge, he should ask God. I have greeting cards from when I was a kid. And I have taped on my wall, some of them are in frames. And on the other side, there are positive affirmations. And I just love positive quotes and proverbs and old sayings, some stuff that I've made up and being that I'm a poet, so I love this type of stuff. When I first heard The Swell, what came to mind was something that I heard from Nelson Mandela

Thank you so much for responding to this. Well, those are some wonderful quotes. I mean, wonderful. I love Alana. Fix your life. Sometimes she's really tough, but she's doing it to show people what they need to do in order to fix their life. And then, of course, Nelson Mandela is famous for almost everything that he said
