You know, you can eat a variety of fresh and whole foods. Eat more fish, especially the cold water varieties. Eat lean meats, not corn fed, free range chicken and turkey, grass fed cattle and buffalo, even game meats such as duck and ostrich. If you eat that, eat a lot of vegetables, the more colorful ones, the better

And then we have to remember our portion sizes because of everything. The portion sizes. I was doing the low sodium diet there for a second, and I actually. I remember I got to take my medicine. Cause I didn't take it today, so I gotta go take it. But I was doing it, and it actually helped me. I de bloated a lot. And then, you know, it's kind of hard to stay away from sodium, though. It is

I don't know a lot, but I'm learning a lot. So of, I'm very, very grateful for people like you who do know a lot and are willing to share. So between you and Erica and, you know, Auntie Ange and anybody else that contributes to the upkeep of my body as far as telling me what I can have and what I can't have and what's good for me and what's not good for me, I appreciate it

And I only eat at restaurants, like I said, on Sunday, which is my cheat day. If it doesn't happen on Sunday, the cheat day, that's what I have. My little ice cream and things like that. Other than that, during the week, I eat everything that I prepared. Don't eat any processed foods. Don't eat any inflammation causing foods, because even good foods like tomatoes can cause inflammation

I'm not a doctor. I don't know everything. That's why I tell everybody, if you know anything that you can put me up on, please do. Because this is a journey. It's a step by step thing for me. Because just like we programmed ourselves to be able to eat refined sugar and process this and process that, we need to now not do that. So, yeah, it's gonna take some time, but as I'm doing
