And he was the one that encouraged me to, very shortly after my abuser, exiting the home to get back on the dating apps, he was like, look, I'm not saying go get married, woman. Just put yourself out there so that you can learn about yourself, because dating teaches you about you. And he shared, most importantly, you need to learn how to trust yourself before you can trust someone else
