That is good for you, and regardless of your age, your gender, your physical ability, or it still gives you benefits from exercise. If you can't get outside today, you can do chair exercises, you can do yoga, you can get up and dance. That is an exercise. Going up and down the stairs in your own home is an exercise. So this is national exercise day, and everyone should get out and get some exercise
