So shwarma is a Middle Eastern dish that is originated in the leavein region of the arab world. So they have chicken shawarma, or you can have beef, or you can have mutton or lamb, but it's usually like dark meat, veal, like I said, stuff like that. And it has spices in it, different types of spices, like cumin and turmeric and different ingredients, but it was Middle Eastern, so I thought

Folks are starting businesses. Folks are inspired to do their art and all other things. And one thing that I've noticed that's evolving is food. And so we've been having a lot of fun with food. So anyway, yeah, I love to cook, and it was delicious. It was a mediterranean place around here called Sim Sim. And it's a mediterranean restaurant. And I enjoyed it. I really did. Now, my husband, he didn't enjoy it. He didn't. He was like, something tastes funky. And I was like, okay, y'all taste buds. But anyway, I thought it was fresh. I thought it was delicious. It was creative. It was unique

But anyway, thank. Oh, and they have all these lovely salads. A Jerusalem salad, arabic salads, turkish salads, cucumber yogurt salads, purple cabbage salads. And they have soup, honey. They have black olives and pickled turnips, fried cauliflower, fried eggplant
