I'm so pleased today to be able to share this with you, because if you look around, you just look at the human body. A woman makes milk to give her children. Animals do that, too. But where did it come from? It came from God giving us the ability to have built in milk to be able to feed our kids. I don't know, y'all. The body is fascinating

And let me correct something I said. Deoxygenajaded blood is blue. Or it appears blue because of the way the light looks at it, the way the light plays a trick on our eyes. Blood is red. It really is. But our veins look blue, don't they? And that's because the oxygen has not gotten to it just yet. That's why it looks that way. And then when it travels through the body, it's still red

I've always been fascinated by blood because, sure, it's a liquid substance, but it's unlike anything else. It's not water, it's not oil, it's not urine. It's blood. And it really is our life force. You lose your blood, you are gone. I mean, the blood is just amazing substance that carries so much. They take vials of blood, a couple of ounces, and they could tell you so much about yourself

Thank you. Auntie Anne's. Yes. I don't know what it is about the body, but it just fascinates me, especially with the fact that God is the author of it and he made it, and then he wants us to understand it little by little. And I don't know, sometimes it just really amazes me. Thank you so much. Because. You know what I mean?

Nobody else knows that much and is able to think that far ahead to be able to say, okay, I'm going to put this here and that there, and this is going to do this, and that's going to do that, and this is going to work together with this. You know what I mean? Nobody but God could have done that because nobody can look that far ahead to know what could happen to the body. And so, yeah, it is a marvelous thing

It's. Yes, he is. God is truly amazing. And when I think about all the intricacies of our body and how it's put together and how this works with that, and without this, it doesn't do that. It just reminds me how amazing he truly is. He put this body together perfectly to work like a well oiled machine, for real. And so sometimes our bodies are faulty, but it's no fault of his own

The body is fascinating. I completely appreciate your respect and fascination with it. Listen, I'm in alignment. I say it frequently. Our body takes care of pretty much everything. We have to be committed to taking care of it and nourishing it and doing all of the things that it needs done in terms of giving it the water it needs and feeding it the healthiest nutrition that we can, so that it can be the powerhouse that God has designed it to be. My trainer says it best
