The other day, I took my daughter to the airport is her first time going on a plane and her first time going to New York. And I thought, wow, this is wonderful. She's doing big things, bigger than I've ever done in regards to that. You know why? Because I've never been on a plane. Yep, I said it. I've never been on plane. Heck, I've never really been at the airport

That's usually a ticket or two, because once you get too many tickets, obviously it's going to cost more money and you don't want to hold it if you want to fly together, like sit next to your people on this plane. But other than that, for someone who wants to venture out and if cost is a barrier to them, like I said, there's ways to do it after do after you travel credit card or putting it into like four pay or something like that

But I'm proud that God helped me raise strong women, and now that they can get out there, I do trust her, and I do call her every day, and she FaceTime as me every day. So I'm super excited for her and for me. And I'm really grateful that you shared all of this information, especially the flexibility part about purchasing a ticket ahead of time

I've been through some bumpy ones, snowstorms, lightning, thunder, some bad turbulence, but flying is beautiful just to get on the plane, just to get away from it all. And it's so fun and relaxing just to get on the plane and everything. One day I know you'll make it there, get on the plane. Hopefully you go somewhere nice and beautiful, a beach. That is adorably. Sweet. Now, you know if I get on a flight somewhere, you got to go with me. Like, we best friends. As besties. You got to take me somewhere like you've been everywhere. I haven't been many places, but I would feel safe and secure knowing that my bestie was there to help me or to instruct me as to what's about to happen

Like I remember going to Acapulco, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta, Panama, you name it. It's a lot of places I went, and I thought that I would never, ever see. And I love know. I think I give the Navy the kudos for letting me see the world and experience a lot of culture. I always thought that I'd be in Chicago all my life and everything, and I had to thank my father, my father recipes

Go on the trip, like, see everything, because we only have a little time down here and then we go into heaven and everything up there is just going to blow our minds anyway. But I do think that God wants us to see his beautiful green earth down here before we go. So, yeah, definitely travel. Definitely go. But call me because I might go, too. No disrespect to your wife. If she wants to go, then we all can go together

I mean, I enjoy that. Sometimes my vacation comes along and I'm like, you know what? I'm not going to travel nowhere. I'm just going to catch up with things and kick back and relax. And that's nice, too, but sometimes you got to travel, I guess you're in the Chicago area. You can catch a flight to Toronto. I think Toronto is probably close. Know, go to, you know, go to DC

Going somewhere on a plane just up there close to Jesus, seeing the beautiful sky and the clouds. Like I could touch them, but I can't. And yeah, I don't think that everything should be about money. I think some things are just about relaxation and doing something good for yourself. So thank you so much for chiming in. And you know what? When I do go somewhere, I'm definitely getting on swell and telling you all about it

And so some people just don't like the possible inconvenience of being on a flight. They want to be in a place where they can get there when they're ready to get there, when they can take their time getting there. They like the convenience of being able to make all the stops and see all the sights and do all the things they want to do without having to be up in the air 30, some thousand feet

But now that I've done that long flight, that was a 16 hours flight going and coming, I am able to do longer flights and have done longer flights, like flights that are 4 hours long. 6 hours long. And like I said, sign me up. It's not my first choice to fly, but it is my first choice in comparison to driving

That is such a long flight. Girl yeah, that's a long flight. I definitely wouldn't need a medication. Probably like you. But thank you. I'm really proud of her, and I'm looking forward to going somewhere. But like you say, if I don't, I don't. But I am going to really try to go somewhere because I want to do it. I just want to try to see what it's like. I think it'll be beautiful

Thank you so much. Yes, 2024 will probably be my traveling year. And you know what? You're right. Some people would rather drive. My husband is like that. He rather drive, see the sights. And I'm like, no, we need to get there, like, now. So I would love to get on the plane and see what it's all about. I'm so looking forward to it
