Now, of course, he wasn't delivering lumber, but Meir had learned that the west african tribes were at war and that the king of Dahomey, which is now Benin, was willing to sell enemy prisoners as slaves. I've never heard of it before. It was very interesting to listen to. I'm glad you shared it. It actually be kind of like a really good story.
