It’s Okay Not to Be Ok! Just knowing that makes the difference! 🥺

They just have no idea that something is very wrong. But when you know that something's wrong and that you're not okay, it's okay because it's okay to not be okay. As long as you know that you're not okay. Having the good sense to know that something is going on with you gives you the ability to be able to make better choices. It gives you the ability to be able to seek assistance

Hey, good evening. It is okay to not be okay. And, you know, it took me a while to learn that. Took me a lot. A lot of life challenges, a lot of alone, having to carry things on my shoulders by myself. A lot of misunderstanding. To excuse my son for hollering in the background. He's excited about his game

How are you feeling? I hope you're feeling better. What's wrong with you? Can I help? You need to talk. I'm going to listen. What is it? How can I help that person feel better? And I never hardly say I need a minute for me. And that's what it was today. So I'm so glad that you understand. And you know what? You are a good listener

So I applaud you for that, because that's not typically what I hear when people want to talk about their struggle days. My advice always to them is take time to rest, but just do something. Even if it's just like folding some clothes or reading a paper, straightening out something in the corner of the room that you've tossed over

And sometimes I was watching it. But I just decided to focus on canning today. Read all these books I got from the library about canning and preserving and pickling and about bread. And I want to better my life. I know that we spend quite a bit of money at the grocery store. Not me personally, just people in general
