So I have to learn to not be sorry for everything that comes from my childhood and my previous marriages, of always having to apologize to smooth over things to keep me safe. But I don't have to do that anymore. So tell me, guys, what are some ways that you are your own worst enemy and what you're going to do about it?

Often times we can be our own worst enemy

I've been trying to fight it off, this urge to say yes to everything. Yes, I can do it. I will do it for you. Let me help you with this. Regardless of how stressed I am for time, I have this tendency to do it. And it is actually something that is leaving me with less time to do the things that I really like doing. So honestly, I've been trying really hard for the last two years

I thank you for that. I think that sometimes our inability to say no to people is making us our worst enemy to ourselves, because sometimes we really do mean no. But we'll say yes, knowing full well that that'll upset us or take us back, or waste our time, or have us do more than we intended. So we need to be firm about no and really mean it. And you could just say, you know what?
