My dad moved me over in the car and he got in the car and my mom came, jumped in the car, and they drove me to the hospital. We got there, sat in the waiting room for just a second, and they rushed us back because this is too much blood. And the doctor, they came over and they gave me a shot in my head because they said they were going to have to close it. The wound, it was really bad

I like to save my money. Recently, I had just won over $1,000 on sports bet. The first thing I did was put in my account and saved it. And then I went to pay a bill. I didn't like, oh, I'm going to go back again and everything and blah, blah, blah, blah. But a lot of people don't know. Being living here in Las Vegas, it's really bad

So that's the thing about domestic violence, and that's I speak out against it because the covering up is why they can continue to do it to you. But I'm not surprised that you went to anger management classes to get yourself together, because you've always been a kind person. Always. You've always been thinking about others. And I'm sure in that moment, even though it was wrong, what you did, you still knew that it was wrong that you did it

I thank God for your parents being your support system during that time and just loving on you. Because sometimes we're embarrassed and sometimes we worry that our parents are going to say something, say I told you so, or any of that stuff. And I thank God that your parents just took you in and loved on you and helped you to heal from this

Thank you very much. I was embarrassed. I was embarrassed and ashamed, but my parents didn't care about that. They just wanted me to be happy and to be healthy and to be alive. And I really appreciate your comments. I really do. It spoke in my heart, not just to my heart, but in my heart, and I thank you. And in regards to him, he's dead now. He died a couple of years back

What you see in the rearview mirror so that as you continue to focus ahead to all of the blessings that are in your life today, making you the woman who you are today, it will allow someone else to look forward, to see that there is light in the road ahead. There is beauty in the road ahead. There is healing in the road ahead. There is abundant possibilities in the road ahead. And that is what you, evelyn, show us when you open up and share

I'm sorry, JL. I know it's triggering. It really is. It's triggering. But I didn't you know, I'm grateful you guys are so appreciative of my story because it took so much. Like, I was right back there in the kitchen when I was telling the story. I was literally back in the past in the kitchen. I could smell the grease. I could smell the dishwashing liquid. I could smell everything. It was like I was right there again

Hey. No apology is necessary. I appreciate it. I really do. And your message is necessary. How it might land for those of us who are listening. The emotions it might evoke is not your cross to carry. It just means that there's still more work that I have to do. That's all. Thank you so much. I appreciate your courtesy, your kindness and your care. Bye
