#askswell | Have we become increasingly more violent as a nation?

Then social inequality, which is unequal access to benefits and rights. It can include income gaps, gender equality, health care and social class. I believe we've become increasingly more violent as a nation because of several things that I talked about before now. The division of humankind is based on race and appearance, and it can even be a class system. And people say, oh, we don't still have class systems or caste systems

Hello. Yes, I agree with you. It has increased as a nation and a country, and each state is different. There's less violence in some states because they have open concealed carry. Other states, you have to be concealed carry. The ones that have the open carry that's been doing it for the longest time ever has less violence. I believe it

And they have the strictest gun laws in the nation. But the state that's most heavily armed, it seems, are Montana and Wyoming, West Virginia, Idaho, Alaska, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Mississippi, north Dakota and Alabama. Now, they have the highest gun ownership. So does it mean that there are less crimes in those areas? Probably because people are armed and people don't take more of a chance

These new up and coming politicians that are in some I would say the older they're setting their ways, they're not going to change. And the new ones that are coming into office, they're so radical that you're just like, what are we doing here? You can't do certain things in school because of people behavior. You can't have someone discipline a child in school if they have anger issues, unresolved resentments towards how they were treated

@Luchianna

They can convict people, they can put them in a box as far as what they can and cannot do in a labeling system, but it won't change people's perspective as far as why they should do it. People need to stop being so, as you said, hot all the time. Don't be triggered. People have said that word so much here on Swell, and now I'm starting to say it. Don't be triggered
