I Broke my wrist?? My visit to Urgent Care!😫😖

article image placeholderUploaded by @LadyFi
Torn ligament, and my arm, not bad, but very, very painful. So wrapping, icing, taking it easy. I'm just grateful, grateful because I thought I broke my wrist. So grateful. My left wrist, I'm a right handed person, but my left wrist, very, very grateful for the fine treatment I got today. Urgent care, in and out. So. Just waiting for my paperwork to go home now. So, so grateful. So grateful to God

I hope you feel better. I know the pain. Trust me. I fell one day and guys were shooting and I was running, trying to get out of the way, and I slipped and fell and I broke my left wrist and my left elbow at the exact same time. Oh, my God. The pain was excruciating. Trust me. I know your pain. I know your pain. I hope you feel better. Wish you well

Hey, lady five. So I'm glad to hear that it's not broken, because I'm sure that would be a lot more painful and a lot longer to heal. So the torn ligaments, although I could tell, is very painful by the way you described it. Thank God that it wasn't any worse. And thank God that in your time of need, the urgent care provided good care and got you wrapped up, and you could go back home and rest

Hey, thank you so much, groupall. I appreciate it. The ligaments are torn, you know, in my arm. But thank God it's not broken. But still, it hurts like a son of a gun, you know? Um, anyway, but I'm really sorry that you broke your elbow and your wrist. My God. So that had to be extremely, extremely painful. So, anyway, yes, they gave me something for the pain right now, and it's okay

Now my wrist, um, cut my hand real bad yesterday. Yeah, the devil's attacking me. He's after me because I'm doing God's work. But that's okay because he can't kill me unless God tells him that he can. So. But anyway, praise God it wasn't bad. And praise God they were there when I needed them. And praise God for you guys encouraging me. So thank you so much. Love

But as we get older, things do change in our bodies. I remember the documentary blue zones, the people who are living past 100. I noticed that when they get up, they don't have, like, beds like we do in America. They actually sleep on the floor or on tatami mats. And I was thinking to myself, that's got to be really hard because the older we get, you have to be creative with getting up

If you can get off of the ground and lay down on your stomach and back 500 times using one arm, like, so like, let's say like within a day and it's like a goal you get in life and you just like do that like it helped with majority of like the density of your bones especially. You get used to like flopping down sometimes. Like flopping down on the bed and stuff is really good cosmotically in terms of shaking your bones around

Thank you so much, Erica. I really appreciate it. The pain is not as bad as it was moving it. Excuse me, trying to use it. I was trying to help my husband bring some groceries in this afternoon, and he was yelling at me because he's like, you're not supposed to be using that hand. But, you know, being a mom, you know what I'm saying? We keep doing stuff all the time, pain or not

And I'm glad because I'm starting to take care of me. And I'm sitting here right now having a banana and some grapes because I'm trying to eat right and do right. So thank you so much. I really appreciate

I wanted to make a reply and thank everyone that has given me encouragement thus far. I did not make this for sympathy, not that you guys were doing that, but I did make it because as you get older, your body changes so much. The amount of pressure that you can handle, the way you can get up out of the bed, the way you can stand up, sit down

Did you find out that your wrist was in fact broken? If you heard things crunching and cracking, there's a good chance but I pray you feel better. I pray you make a complete and speedy recovery. Life be life and sometimes, girl, it really does. But I pray that you feel better soon. I certainly understand where you are and where you're coming from with that. So praying for you. You are the healed of the Lord. Thank you sis

Thank you, Jl. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much for thinking about me. And I'm sorry it's taking me this long to get back to you, but I'm healing. It still hurts. Oh, gosh. It still hurts. But I can move my fingers and I can pick up stuff, so I guess, you know, obviously it's not broken. Turn ligament. But it's getting better. Thank you

But it reminds me every time I try to do something normal, you know, just like out of habit, that I can't do that yet. So. Yeah. But it's better. It's getting better. I thank God. I thank God it wasn't broken, because, man. But anyway, thank you so much
